It was challenging for me to return to the mat after pregnancy, but after consistent yoga practice, I was able to resume teaching. I am proud of myself and my work as a yoga teacher and therapist. Thank you, God, for being with me and keeping my patience and passion alive.

Happy to inform you all. I have cleared the examination of Level 6 from Yoga Certfication Board and become a Yoga Therapist. Yoga therapist is like a Physiotherapist but Yoga therapist able understand the illness of their clients not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I am glad that god gives me opportunity to serve Yoga Therapy to the people those are suffering with physical, mental and emotional illness.

Now I become Yoga Therapist.
Able to give therapy those are suffering with any physical, mental and emotional levels of diseases by taking one on one sesssions. I am yoga teacher from so many years and now yoga therapist. My journey taught me so many things by doing and teaching constantly yoga.

DURGA MUDRA
Durga means Shakti which helps to kill demons and evils. Durga Mudra helps to remove all negative energy from mind and body which will recharge the energy. That means good to control our emotions also helps one to be confident, fearless and shows courage.
Method of doing Durga Mudra.
1.Sit in any meditative posture like Vajrasan, Ardhpadmasan, Sukhasan or Purnpadmasan. (Always keep your spine straight to get a better results)
2. Keep thumb between index and middle finger. (Thumb finger direction is move upward) then
3. Index finger bend it down so you are able to press base of the thumb as shown in the picture.
4. Other three fingers bend down so it press the palm of your hands.
5. Keep both hands on your knees.( hands keep straight)
6. Close your eyes and do deep breaths for 5 to 10 mins.
Duration for Durga Mudra:
Hold this Mudra for 5 minutes in seating posture and 5 to 15 minutes in standing posture. This Mudra helps the healing processes, regardless the state nor the type of disease. Use the power of Durga Mudra to address physical and mental fatigue. Regular practice is believed to help keep one protected from negative energy.
Good for the people whose are in depression, under confidence and negative minded.
