Child’s pose is always there for you ☺️ My week with the kids has been phenomenal! I feel like we reached a whole new level of awareness together. It is amazing what consistent work in yoga can do for your mind, body, and spirit 💗 They teach me so much & I am beyond grateful to do this work!
