Agility training is an integral part of a young athlete’s development. Agility exercises can help incorporate healthy habits and teach them proper body positioning, coordination, and boost reflexes. Speed training also improves performance and minimizes injuries when cross-training. Young athletes who receive regular practice sessions and attend specialized programs are likely to increase their personal records and performance on the field or court.

We are happy to announce that Redline Athletics has a new Franchise Partner in the region and will soon open a facility in the N. Raleigh area!!
While COVID-19 has thrown us several curve balls, we have used this time to continue our momentum and have added numerous new Franchise Partners around the Country. We currently have 32 units open and another 16 scheduled to open before the end of the year!
