FAQ’s
Q: My show car isn’t a race car, can I still show it?
A: YES! We allow ALL cars.
Q: Can I drive on track?
A: Podium Club Members are welcome to drive on track (no bikes this time though). Non-members can IF they have a valid guest pass purchased ahead of time.
Q: Can I bring an easy up?
A: Sure! Just make sure its tied down properly as the wind does tend to pickup mid morning. You will be solely responsible for damages caused by your property.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: While yes, this is allowed, we encourage you to support our vendors who have spent time and money to prepare for you to ensure we can have them come out again! NO ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS are to be brought on site (CMON Its 7am people!!).
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Registered, marked service animals are allowed
Q: Can I get a ride along?
A: Yes, any driver going on track has the options to take a passenger. The passenger MUST be 18 or older, and be wearing an acceptable helmet (you must bring your own helmet).
Q: Can I test drive a RUSH SR?
A: Yes, we have test drives available on a first come first serve basis. These are $250, and you MUST have prior on track credentials (please bring them with you. NASA passport or proof of registration from prior NASA / PRO AUTO / SCCA events works). You MUST be able to drive manual transmissions.
Q: What will be available for purchase food and drink wise?
A: We have a coffee vendor, a bagel / breakfast vendor, and a lunch vendor scheduled for you to utilize!
Q: I am a vendor but did not pre-register, can I still attend?
A: Absolutely, but you still MUST register via email to ensure your product makes sense for our customers!
Q: I am a drifter and want to take part in the media day! Can I?
A: Unfortunately you can only participate if you are a registered Southwest Speed Festival participant! Feel free to come watch your friends and sip coffee with us!
