I don’t quite have my words together about what last night truly meant to me but those two words stand out in my head right now. I’m truly grateful to have each and every one of you in my life.

Throwback to the first ever open at Oil City! We hosted a 19.6 to keep the Friday night lights fun rolling. What a blast

Next Friday is about this beautiful family in Clovis, CA my hometown. Treatment has been approved and they still don’t know their out of pocket cost but we do know it’s going to be a LARGE number. If you are able to help please donate next Friday Night!

This quote explains why this gym was in existence to begin with… the barbell taught me so much and eliminated so many problems. It was my saving grace and I can close these doors knowing this gym did exactly that for so many people the last 5 years. You all will me missed greatly

Jason Lewis!! What can I say man!?!?? This guy was cleared from a major neck procedure this past may and he was on the competition floor this past weekend in Fort Wayne at the 🙌🏻. If you know Jason you know he works very hard everyday to become better as a athlete. His consistency in the gym truly showed this last weekend. We are going back next year and I can’t wait to see what you do in your new age group 🔥. Nice work J

Malachi Bennett is your Elite 30-34 champion y’all!! Mal did what he does everytime he competes! His heart and drive are what keep him in every battle he enters. I will always bet on this man and I know I’m speaking for a lot of people when I make that comment. Congratulations malachi you’ve earned it and we are so damn proud of you!

This past Saturday we hosted a event called Reps Ahead. It’s a CrossFit style workout where you match up head to head with another athlete and they complete the work for as long as it takes until 1 person gets the set amount of reps ahead of the other.

Although this event and the workouts may have been the highlight for many it was just a spec of what was really happening under this roof and within these 4 walls.

You see created this idea Reps Ahead because of something Oil City and the CrossFit community did for him. He was on the verge of dying… we got wind of this and we did what we do and what we’ve always done since this gym opened and we helped Phil!!! He is lucky to be alive and we are grateful he is still with us and I was honored to host this event that has so much meaning and emotion behind it. ( I’m not crying you’re crying )

So with that said… thank you Phil! Thank you reps ahead and thank you to everyone that came to support! 4 Casper gyms were represented and 1 out of town gym. The next one will be bigger! Until next time
