As our ladies are gearing up for our 2025 Challenge starting Feb. I wanted to share Robyn's amazing transformation from last years 3 month challenge that we did! We focused on movement in the gym, constancy, and hitting our macros but pushing that protein! My girl lost 20 Pounds and 24 inches in the 3 months! She has lost 35 overall since she has been apart of our girl gang! Robyn has continued to show up for herself every day and has embraced this journey, but most importantly, trusted us as coaches and this process.
Her progress isn’t just about the physical changes, but her growth in confidence and resilience, which is what makes it all so impactful. Seeing her light up the gym and inspire others along the way, while making us laugh daily! The scale is one thing, but the personal empowerment and self-worth that women gain in spaces like this is priceless and truly what this gym is all about. 🩷 Robyn soo thankful to have you a part of this gym, and as a friend! We are so proud of you!🩷💪🏼🫶

Competed in The Girls Gone Rx comp at Crossfit Frontier this past weekend! Grateful for the opportunity to continue to do what i love and compete around so many amazing empowering women! To have the best partner and coach Staylee Brown to compete with and push me in the gym, and to continue to grow, learn, and strive towards our gym goals! Thanks CrossFit Frontier for hosting such a great event! Big shout out to our gym girl gang, families and friends for supporting us and this amazing cause and helping us surpass our fundraising goal! Your love and support means so much!🥹 Here’s to continuing to grow, learn, and push past our limits and continue to get ourself’s out of our comfort zones, as it’s the only way to grow! 💪🏼❤️✨

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Here is our holiday schedule for the next couple of weeks! We will be closed Monday and Tuesday next week, with Wednesday-Friday being normally scheduled!
