The only place in Casper where dogs are allowed to be off leash and run while their owners watch and relax. (this is a fan run page)

🚧 Heads up, Morad Park users! 🚧

The Morad Park parking lot will be closed Thursday, May 8 starting at 7 a.m. while crews grade the lot for a smoother surface. We know it's an inconvenience, but we promise your tires (and your furry friend's paws) will be thankful! 🚗🐾

Fortunately this work is only expected to last the day, but if you still want to get those walkies in with your pet, Mackenzie Dog Park is open and ready for your off-leash adventures while the work wraps up! 🐶🦮

Although our mountain town got its name far before Casper the Friendly Ghost got his, that's usually the first association visitors make with Casper, Wyoming.

However, the more you dive into the history of Central Wyoming the more you will realize that we may have more skeletons in our closet than we put on. From the stories and struggles of those who came before us to the historic buildings that hold their own goosebumps, Casper is a perfect destination for thrill-seekers and ghost chasers.

To rally around spooky season in the heart of Wyoming, we're recommending ghost tours and other spooky experiences to indulge in over on our website. https://www.visitcasper.com/blog/post/ghost-tours-and-other-spooky-experiences-in-casper/

Hi all!

Just a quick shout out. I was messaged earlier yesterday to remind dog owners, or let them know, that the Casper Marathon 2021 runners will be running through Morad Park on Sunday June 6th. If you have any questions please feel free to message me or the Casper Marathon page.

This super cute, friendly kitty was lost over in North Casper. His momma misses him terribly. Please help bring him home.

More Pets Get Lost On July 4th Than Any Other Day Of The Year!

Here are a few suggestions to keep your pet safe!

*Take a current photo of your pet, just in case, and make sure they are wearing an up to date and visible ID tag on their collar at all times… make sure that the collar won’t slide over their head! If your pet is microchipped, make sure that your information is up to date with the company. This includes your phone number and address. If your pet winds up at animal control, it will buy them 10 days!

*If your pet is afraid of loud noises, put them in an escape proof room during parties and fireworks. You can make a little den for them and play gentle music to help cover up the sound of the fireworks. To keep them preoccupied, a frozen treat will always do the trick, too!

*Don’t take your pets along to firework displays… they’ll feel more safe and happy in the comfort of their own homes.

*Try to exercise your pet, early in the day, before the parties begin.

*Keep charcoal, fireworks, glow sticks and sparklers away from curious pets.

*During cookouts, ask your guests to play with your pet away from the flames.

*If scared, many pets can escape from a fenced in yard. It might be safer just to keep them on a leash.

*It is going to be a hot 4th of July, don’t forget to check out our heat safety tips for your pups, too! https://www.facebook.com/TrioAnimalFoundation/photos/a.84739614954.21040.71480294954/10151106321819955/?type=3&theater
