WOW what a great BB/ Red belt class on April 1st ( No Kidding) Most head instructors were present. Sr. Master Johnson covered some information on the upcoming Wyo. State games, Master Giese covered all the information on our USTF National tournament on June 24-25, 2023. Thanks to All that came , Keep a Kickin 😜👍GMM

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art that uses bare feet and hands. All Taekwondo students learn punches, blocks and self-defense techniques, but kicks are the Taekwondo trademark. Each class is a fun and exciting way to build confidence, strength and discipline through the teachings of this ancient practice.

We had a pretty good turnout for our first Red/BB class for 2023 even after one of the worst snowstorms in a couple of years. Many exciting things planned for this year. A presentation by one of my black belts from 1983 Mr. Brian Boyer gave his belt buckle designed after Sr. Grand Master Sereff’s first martial art patch to carry it on into the future ! ❤️👍GMM

To all of my students and instructors- We will not be having class on Monday 12-26 to celebrate Christmas- and for New Year No class on Monday 1/2/23.
Wednesday and Thursday classes will resume as usual times!! Thanks to all and have a great Christmas and New Year!! Looking forward to an awesome 2023😜👍GMM

I want to congratulate Mrs. McDill on her testing on Wednesday! 9 new 8th Gups and what a performance!! Great job to all. Thank you Ms. Brummer for calling the test and Mr. Bennett for helping grade them. I am proud of them all❤️👍
