I know - I’m always pushing and promoting exercise - but if you’re sitting on the fence about a gym membership it’s time to make your move.

I took Alex’s Barbell 45 class and absolutely loved it. His energy, professionalism, and genuine care, I literally skipped out of class.

My friend and I came to a woodcrafts shop to take a charcuterie board making class. I’m a big fan of working with two-part epoxy and resin. This is a cool new adventure.

It took me a few days to recover from the intake of knowledge I gained last week at Tony Robbins Business Mastery. I’m not known for being much of an accountant or bookkeeper, but I was completely steadfast while KEITH Cunningham was speaking. I am so grateful and changed from this event so very glad I invested time and attention.
