hi everyone, I’m back!!💗

I’ve been so busy this past month!! I had to take a step back from social media and wasn’t as present as I normally am! So here’s what I’ve been up to:
✨i have had the opportunity to welcome quite a few new women into my personal training family
✨i have done a lot of growing as a new business owner
✨i turned 23!!!
✨i spent more time with my family and friends
✨Xavier and I had our engagement pictures today (which we had to reschedule, but it was wayyy nicer weather today anyway!)

for those of you who don’t know, it’s national eating disorder awareness week! here are some things you might not know about ED:
* people with ED aren’t always underweight/overweight
* people are realllyyy good at hiding their ED
* up to 74% of ED are genetically inherited
* one of the deadliest mental illnesses
* 10,200 deaths are a direct result of eating disorders every year
* 28% of ED end in attempted su***de

some of my thoughts for you this sunday: being happy both physically + mentally doesn’t mean having the body shape standard that society sets... which btw is constantly changing + therefore unattainable!

if you’re always trying to change your body, you will never be satisfied with it. love your body where it’s at, appreciate your body for what it does, and you can still set fitness goals❤️❤️ value the quality of your life + your health, and focus on the things that make life so awesome!!!
