Well, I've now got to provide equipment, guide and instruct 2 groups of ladies on paddle boarding adventure.

First paddle of 2021 on Lake McConaughy in Nebraska. Remember to think of me if you'd like to learn, improve, don't have your own board or just want somebody to go out on your board with. I have equipment and am happy to do lessons.

Every Thursday 6:50-7:20 Strength and Cardio

Every Tuesday 10:30-11:10 stretch and a little core.

1st and 3rd Tuesday 6:50-7:20 Strength n cardio.

New Every Wed eve 4:45-5:25 strength n cardio

Got the pleasure of taking another wonderful gal out paddle boarding. Learning, improvement and FUN!!

Taking 1 precious friend out for a paddle experience next Tuesday. We will be at the water at 10 am. Anyone else want to join before summer escapes us!?
