Hey all!! I'm going to give a quick update! Toward the end of the year I was having constant low back, pelvic and hip pain. Went to the dr and it was determined that I have SI joint dysfunction that set of an ugly chain reaction in my hips, knees and back. So I'm on rest to get pain free and get some healing. Sorry there hasn't been classes. Hope your new year is treating you well!

My Wednesday class moved from 9am to 530pm. In the studio. All levels! This is a low impact workout. We will be working with bands for no reformer, reformer workout. I'm really excited about this workout, come and check it out!
