Reminder! Our academy-wide Promotion Ceremony is this Saturday, May 16th from 10:00–11:00 AM.

We’ll be celebrating belt and stripe promotions, recognizing student progress, and completing academy-wide restriping to align with the updated IBJJF youth belt and stripe standards.

CompNet Prep Classes start this Friday!

Every Friday at 5:00 PM from May 8–29, we’ll be hosting CompNet Prep Classes to help students get ready for competition.

These classes will replace the normally scheduled 5 PM Kids All Ages class on those Fridays.

Dates: May 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th

This class will take the place of the Kids All Ages class at 10 AM (canceled).

Come train with your kids, learn some Jiu-Jitsu, and have a great time on the mats together.

Hey Team GB Castle Rock,

We’re excited to announce that we’re adding a new 6:00 AM No-Gi class on Wednesdays, starting May 6th.

This class will be taught by Professor T and is a great opportunity to get high-quality training in before the day gets going.

We hope to see you on the mats on Wednesday mornings at 6 AM!

Big things coming to GB Castle Rock!

As part of updated IBJJF standards, we’re rolling out changes to our youth belt system and celebrating it with a gym-wide promotion ceremony.
