This one was sparked by a discussion with a group about defending against a shoot, when I said I didn't like the classical wrestling defense. To answer ahead of time,. Yes I've used this on people that wrestled in college and high school, and against a couple of friends that were sandan or better in judo and ju jitsu. It worked.
