This is a donation class, so bring what you can for our friends . We meet on Thursday at 6:30pm on the east side of Founders park by the playground, opposite the soccer fields. you'll see a bunch of yoga mats and laughter.

We'll match donations this year again! Bring your heart, your friends and your yoga mat!

Yep, we’re starting up the 5am club in Castle Rock with our first class on Tuesdays, starting June 16!

Hot yoga sculpt combines movement and weights to help you keep building muscle and bone density in your practice! This class will be heated 86-94 degrees so you’ll get that extra heat pushing you through!

A little about Tina…
For over 20 years, Tina has been rooted in the practice of yoga — first as a devoted student, then as a teacher whose journey began early but paused while she embraced mom life and built a career leading an HR team.

What brought her back? Sculpt.
It’s the class that lights her up as a student, so in July 2025, she earned her Yoga Sculpt Certification and stepped confidently back into teaching. Tina brings a love of rhythm, strength, and musicality to every session, blending breath, beats, and sweat into a class that moves with purpose.

Originally from the East Coast, she talks fast, moves fast, and teaches with the same energizing pace — expect a class that’s uplifting, challenging, and full of heart.

It's happening...we're changing things up for the summer so you can get your body moving and sweaty EARLY on Fridays! Come join Jeanette for our signature HOT 26 + 2 class from 7-8:15am every Friday. Replacing our 11am HOT class...
