We have our last parents night out until the fall this coming Friday! Nerf night!! Bring your own or use one of ours!!
No kids BJJ classes! Teens BJJ, Youth Muay Thai and adult Muay Thai are as scheduled!
Today our team came together to complete the Murph and share an open mat in honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Memorial Day is more than a workout or a day off — it’s a time to remember the courage, service, and sacrifice of the men and women who gave their lives so we can enjoy the freedoms we have every day. Grateful for the opportunity to train together and remember those who are no longer with us.
