Today at the Denver DEKA, our Fit Fam came ready to work, ready to compete, and ready to support one another. We proudly finished as the 3rd biggest team at the event! 🏆👏
Proud 🥹 doesn’t even come close to describing how it feels watching this incredible community come together and absolutely conquer the DEKA. Every rep, every station, every finish line crossed was a reminder of what makes this community so special.

What a weekend representing Castle Rock Fit Body Boot Camp and putting all the hard work to the test!
Not only did I earn a podium finish at the DEKA RUCK with a 30lb pack, but I also completed my first Spartan Ruck. To walk away with a podium finish and be surrounded by an incredible turnout of Fit Body family and friends made the experience even more special. ❤️🙏🫶
What makes it even crazier? This was one of two races I completed that day. The body was tired, but the support, energy, and encouragement from our amazing community kept me pushing forward.
And speaking of community... Castle Rock Fit Body Boot Camp showed up BIG! We came in as the 3rd biggest team in Colorado at the event. 🥉💪
As a gym owner and coach, moments like these mean more than any podium finish. Seeing our members step outside their comfort zones, tackle new challenges, support one another, and represent our gym with pride is what it’s all about.
I’m truly grateful for everyone who came out to race, cheer, volunteer, and support. This is what makes Castle Rock Fit Body Boot Camp so special. It’s more than a gym—it’s a family. A community of people who challenge each other, lift each other up, and celebrate every victory together.
These events are about so much more than finish times. They’re about building confidence, resilience, friendships, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think.
