Aloha summer swim! Tonight only, join your for a summer practice kick-off with the Kona Ice truck from 5-7 PM.

Tropical treats range in price from $5-$7 with color change spoons and cups available for purchase too!

Don’t forget to tell everyone you know…the truck is open to the public, and ROCK will have the opportunity to receive a portion of the proceeds if we raise enough in sales!

Congrats to all of our ROCK Athletes that competed this weekend at the Longmont IMR/IMX! More state cuts happened in EPIC pool, points earned for the team, and we brought home a couple trophies:

🎉 Eden Turk (11) Second Place in 11-12 age group
🎉 Wyatt Curtis (10) 1st place 10 and under

Catch us if you can! It’s the second long course meet of the season and we’re already seeing some state qual times…GO ROCK!
