Grab your neighbor, coworker, family or friend and get your daily movement at the Wellness Depot, be sure to sign up for a chance at $100 cash each time you bring a non-member with you to do a $5 facility day pass or $15 drop in class pass. Physical Therapy services with Chad Hanson at Castlewood Clinic are expanding hours to Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Updated Physical Therapy Hours at Castlewood Clinic:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please note: A provider referral is NOT required to schedule a Physical Therapy appointment.

Patients can schedule appointments with Chad at the Castlewood Clinic by calling Rehab at 605-882-7700.
