What an incredible experience I had riding my bike from SF to LA on the !

So glad I got to do this last one with my babe , and get a taste of the community he has come to love the last 15 years.

I learned so much about myself the last 7 days, and am so grateful to ALC for bringing my babe and I closer together. Because of AIDS LifeCycle I now have an amazing group of friends, my team the . Going to carry it forward spreading love, life, and happiness being a better person because of this wonderful event.

Made it half way to LA from SF! Ugh, today was a hard day. One thing does not warm you about, is right around day 4/ day 5 you have a melt down…and today that was me.

Feelings and memories from past experiences I thought I let go of, have come up again in different way. What I’m realizing is that I have been moving very fast lately. Not just in my fitness, but my life making big changes. It’s almost as if my heart was telling my body, “wait you’re going too fast, you still have s**t you need to work through!”

Having my moment today at rest stop 2, after I took this picture, was a total awakening. Thank you so so much to the “love bubble” for being there to help during my anxiety attack. These people, my community, are showing me I am exactly where I need to be right now.
