We are a semi private Country Club, and all amenities are open to the public. Our restaurant, the Mountain View Grille at Desert Princess, offers exciting menus featuring creativity and dedication to excellence. The Mountain View Grille offers a comfortable ambiance, replete with stunning views of an immaculately groomed golf course framed by the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges. Desert Princess Country Club is also a great place for banquets, wedding receptions, parties, reunions and meetings. All are open to the public for your enjoyment. In addition our amenities include a well outfitted Pro Shop, 27-Hole Golf Course, lighted tennis courts with Charlie Moore as the Tennis Professional of Desert Princess; the Spa at Desert Princess with outstanding facilities and a fitness center including racquet ball, basketball, pickle ball, and bocce ball courts. The Desert Princess is comprised of over 675 single floor condominiums and 531 private villas. It also has over 34 pools and 33 spas; it encompasses approximately one square mile. There is twenty seven holes of Championship Golf overlooked by the condos and villas. The grounds are exceptionally lush and beautifully manicured.

This Friday’s Chef Special at Mountain View Grille is Braised Short Rib Enchiladas — $26.

Two corn tortillas packed with tender slow-braised short rib, roasted red chile enchilada sauce and melted Monterey Jack, finished with crema fresca, queso fresco, pickled red onions and cilantro.

Spanish rice, refried beans and a fresh lime wedge on the side.

With an iron, a good strike happens when the clubhead is still moving downward at impact, with the low point of the swing just beyond the ball.

Last chance to reserve your table for a very special Monday!

In case “four-course w**e dinner” wasn't quite persuasive enough, perhaps we should discuss what's actually on the plate. 👀

We’re starting with whipped ricotta and kalamata olive tapenade, followed by pan-seared jumbo shrimp with butternut squash risotto.

Then comes beef tenderloin with a crispy blue cheese and panko crust, garlic mashed potatoes and cracked peppercorn sauce.

And dessert? Dark chocolate mousse tart with toasted vanilla marshmallows and fresh berries. We take our responsibilities very seriously around here.

And, naturally, a w**e for every course:

We’re thrilled to welcome Danni Stefanetti back to Mountain View Grille for our September 14th W**e Dinner.

The Palm Springs-based Australian singer-songwriter and virtuoso guitarist has performed everywhere from the Sydney Opera House to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, where she performed America the Beautiful in Stadium 1 during the 2024 Tennis Open.

She’s also a two-time Josie Award winner, and if your musical tastes wander somewhere between Sheryl Crow, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Eagles and John Mayer... you’ll probably want a seat within earshot. 🎸
