On this Veterans Day, we recognize the sacrifices of our nation's veterans, whose bravery and dedication have ensured our freedom, frequently entailing considerable personal costs. We celebrate their legacy and convey our profound appreciation.
Attention U8 Parents and Coaches
There were a few issues that were brought to my attention as well as the DASA board over the past few weekends and therefore we have to adjust some of our expectations of players and coaches. Some of the information we are reiterating as it has always been a DASA policy.
New Procedures (Effective 9/30/2025)
Parents Must Stay: U6 and U8 parents are now required to remain throughout the entire practice.
Misconduct Procedure: If a player is misbehaving, they will be sent over to their parent/guardian for a specific timeout period (determined by the coach) to refocus before the coach asks them to rejoin the practice.
Policy Reminder
Playing Time: Coaches must continue to play all rostered players for 50% of the game.
