3 years ago, if someone told me that I would be teaching yoga, I’d question their sanity. At that point in my life I was unaware of my Hashimoto’s diagnosis and 70 pounds heavier. After finally being diagnosed, yoga allowed me to reestablish a connection with my body and grow in ways I never dreamt possible. Mended Mind Yoga is my way of supporting others in cultivating their relationship with their own bodies 💛
