Winter has me leaning into raw and radical rest. Plus dreaming. 💯🤞🏻2024 was teaching, learning, birthing and endings. 2025 is spiritual growth, yoga, meditation, cultural immersion, and travel. Sitting in the center of winter allows me to remember sacred encounters….

That means dreaming of India. The singing, fire ceremonies, ghee, honey, soups, mango lassies, flower garlands, malas, yoga, energy healing, holy rivers, colorful skirts, sadhus, sacred mantras, and sweetness. Grateful for the lead out of Winter by leading this Yoga & Healing retreat in India March 21-28 (DM about that) …but also….

Unlocking the well of magnetic presence happens whether I am miserable or happy. The divine is giving me the most favorable situation to grow spiritually. While success is the result of a goal, strategy and effort - it’s all spiritual evolution!

Cultivating unwavering confidence in a totally mad word means aligning with a higher principle. A higher taste. So the best news is that we can start over again, just by saying the word.

Today is not only for change, it’s for glorification. So here goes....

Dear Lord, thank you for all your medicine. Having these karmic headaches is nothing as powerful as the mercy I receive from the ocean of your Love. Thank you for the medicine led by your acharyas, your students, your devotees. Thank you for the living breathing examples of true energetic radiance.

And You, my dear friend, I wish you this energetic magnetism too.

Cry the lie out and let the golden light in!

If the medicine isn’t working, time for an upgrade.

Yes, I'll flex -- my community is NAILING it this month. I love ya'll. Being brave is scary. Cleaning out the closets of dark places, not easy. It gets lonely and scary when it’s WERKing. You're doing it right just before it feels like a death. Yes? (Spoiler alert, old you/program/lie is dying). I am not alone when I say that being on the precipice of making a dream come true is holding on to the edge of a cliff with your left pinky.

The FUN is only beginning. 🙏😁
