Due to the recent concerns regarding COVID19 and the Arnold Sports Expo many of our teens, schools, organizers, parents, coaches and helpers planning to participate or help at the Ultimate Teen Challenge made a responsible choice to pullout of the competition and event. We are sad we had to cancel this year’s event but understand it’s in the best interest to keep all our Teens, their families, friends and coaches and helpers safe. When the Arnold Sports Festival Expo reschedules its 2020 or 2021 Expo we'll plan to be there. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish the best of health to all! Thank you

Its David Hawk, with the Ultimate Teen Challenge at the Arnold Sports Festival. I'm saddened to inform you due to the COVID19 (Coronavirus) concerns I've received many teen cancellations in addition to our sponsors under new travel restriction and part of our staff who have made a personal choice not to attend this years event. I regret due to this unfortunate news I have to cancel this years event that was scheduled for Sunday March 8th from 9AM-3PM.
If your still planning to attend the Arnold Expo Weekend please see read the notice from the Arnold Medical Team about best ways to try and prevent coronasvirus infection.

I wanted to share the list below provided by one of the centers at the National Institutes of Health:
The best way to prevent coronavirus infection is to avoid exposure to the virus.Everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of this and other respiratory illnesses include:
• Washing your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.
• Using an alcohol-based sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
• Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
• Staying home when you’re sick and keeping sick children home from school.
• Covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue and then throwing the tissue in the trash.
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

Its time for the 10th annual Arnold Sports Festival - Ultimate Teen Challenge that will take place on March 8th, 2020 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio.

The Arnold Sports Festival - Ultimate Teen Challenge is a celebration of the best TEEN athletes 13-19 from around the country displaying their strength, endurance and competitive skills. Fitness minded teens come to compete for special awards, bragging rights and scholarships. The weekend provides a fun and unique opportunity of fitness and nutrition for the entire family. The TEEN Challenge is a unique centerpiece to an exciting setting at the Arnold Sports Festival weekend that will host several exhibitions of physical agility and strength. Teens and coaches come out and join us for exciting events and lots of fun!

This Arnold Sports Festival & Expo offers numerous exhibits of live entertainment, as well as goods and services. Last year, over 220,000 people attended the Fitness Expo enjoying the hundreds of vendor booths and events. You may get the chance to Meet ARNOLD along with other fitness celebrities.

TEEN’s can compete in individual and/or teams of (2) in strength, agility and speed competitions to win various awards and much more. The overall Mens and Womens Teen will win a grand prize. Our 6 + exciting events range from the accelerated Bench Press competition, to weighted Sled Push, Slam Ball Toss and more to the GRONK ZONE-Fit Circuit. (Events are subject to change.) All contenders are provided all event descriptions at “Registration” or prior to Main Event.
