PART-TIME FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
Vitality Health Fitness – Cave Creek, AZ

$17 per hour

Vitality Health Fitness is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

This position is perfect for a college student, recent graduate, retiree, or anyone looking for a part-time weekend position in a positive fitness environment.

Hours:
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What We're Looking For:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Comfortable talking with members and prospective members
Dependable and punctual
Takes pride in keeping a facility clean and organized
Able to stay productive during slower periods (you may study or workout during slow periods)
Interest in fitness and healthy living is a plus

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet members
Assist prospective members and explain gym memberships
Give tours of the facility
Help members with basic gym questions
Wipe down and sanitize equipment
Fold towels and restock supplies
Vacuum and tidy the gym floor
Perform opening and closing duties
Help maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere
Opening and closing procedures typically take 30–60 minutes depending on the needs of the facility.

This position is ideal for a student seeking real-world customer service and sales experience, not simply a study hall job. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying busy, and contributing to the success of a small local business.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
