Stretch and unwind with this 60-minute yin yoga class with Sam! We'll take a variety of yin yoga postures, with lots of space left for silence. Class will finish with a nice long savasana. Suggested props include yoga blocks, blankets and pillows or a yoga bolster.

💕Happy Valentine's Day! 💕
✨'Tis the season for heart-opening yoga!
✨These poses that stretch and open up the chest & front body are great after spending time hunched over (such as at your desk or on the phone).
✨But a lot of heart-opening practices out there feature deep backbends that I find uncomfortable and oftentimes painful (not to mention just plain inaccessible to most of us, me included!)
✨So here's a gentle heart-opening series I created last year. Four different styles of yoga are featured with gentle chest-openers throughout (no deep back bends here!).
✨Styles include yin yoga, restorative yoga, hatha yoga, and vinyasa flow (and classes range from 30 minutes to a full hour!)
