Balance - Hot Yoga Studio Balance Hot Yoga is a hot yoga studio in Cedar Falls, Iowa. We are located INSIDE of FIT Courts on Viking Road. Balance holds 45 practitioners.

We have been teaching yoga in the Cedar Valley for almost 12 years...join us today!! Balance is a brand new hot yoga studio on the hill in Cedar Falls. We reserve 20 spots for online registration. We encourage walk ins, so please stop in for a class!! Balance’s mission is to guide each student, regardless of experience, through the
physical and the spiritual journey of yoga. This studio’s name is meant to represent not
only balance one experiences during the yoga session, but also the balance one can
achieve in everyday life. Balance is a Hot Yoga Studio, and will be offering a variety of class times specializing in
Vinyasa Flow. Any level of student, beginner or advanced, will be able to participate and
thrive! All classes will include pose modifications in order for each student to get the most
out of their practice. Summer Schedule
Monday: 7:00 am, 9:30 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm & 6:00 pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 9:30 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm & 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am, 12:00 pm & 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am & 10:30 am
Sunday: 4:00 pm & 5:30 pm
