That’s a wrap on another great Bob Leahy Cup / Cedar Falls City Championship! ⛳️

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Max Schuchmann on winning the 2026 Bob Leahy Cup! 🏆👏 Max put together an incredible two days of golf to take home the championship!

We also want to congratulate all of our flight winners and everyone who competed this weekend. The course played tough with wet conditions and plenty of wind, but there were some fantastic rounds and some great competition throughout the field.

Thank you to everyone who played, supported the event, and helped make the Bob Leahy Cup a great tournament!

Thank you to everyone who came out and competed in Day 1 of the Bob Leahy Cup! The course played tough today with the wet conditions and the wind picking up, but we still saw some fantastic scores posted! ⛳️

Now it’s time to see who can finish strong tomorrow! 🔥

That's a wrap on the 46th Annual Iowa PGA Junior Golf Academy was held on June 14-18 at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course. Thank you to PING (Sales Rep Eric Konen) for sponsoring the Junior Golf Academy.

Special thanks to all the awesome golf instructors who took the time out of their busy schedules to come and give the 48 campers a great experience on learning this great game!

After monitoring the weather this morning, we have decided to cancel today’s Junior Golf play day.

With the storm system continuing to move into the area, I’m not going to try to outguess the weather radar. While we always want to get our play days in whenever possible, the safety of our junior golfers, parents, and staff has to come first.

I appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility. We look forward to seeing the kids back at the course for our next scheduled Junior Golf Play day JUNE 23rd.
