Even after years of training, I still neglect this basic principle at times.
The one position I continually struggle with is defending kesa! Especially after I am fatigued and out of breath, I tend to give up...which is why and I are working on this position today.

Do you like to flow roll?
I think it's a great way to warm up, plus it's a nice opportunity to see things that you might not normally see in a full speed roll.
If you train, you MUST wash your gi after every use!
I wash my gi within an hour or two after training. I have a couple of hacks for removing odors and keeping it white without the use of bleach. Let me know how you wash your gi.
Does anyone else hate to cut their toenails? 😖
Well, you have to cut both your toenails and fingernails on a regular basis if you want to follow proper etiquette for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.🤙
