It’s that time of year, sick season is here!
Here’s the deal:
If you’re just feeling tired: Hit the gym! A good workout can boost your energy, elevate your mood, and make you feel alive. Sometimes, movement is the cure for that sluggish feeling!
If you’re sick: Listen to your body. Stay home, rest, and let your immune system do its job. If you’re up for it, light aerobic movement, like a gentle walk outdoors can help you get fresh air, vitamin D, and circulation going.
The key is knowing the difference between tired and truly sick. Take care of your body, and it will take care of you!
