This summer we had no weights and the average gain was one inch per week of training for the athletes.
Nick touches 11 feet and 1/2 inch last night during our Plyomaster summer jump training. Your t-shirt is being printed as I post this!

Last night at jump training two new trainees were measured for their weekly approach and block jumps. One gained 2 inches for each and the other gained four inches on block and five on approach.
It is almost all due to technique changes at this phase. Weeks later, changes will be more and more dependent on their technique, attendance and effort.
