On April 11th at 10AM, we are hosting a special Women’s Self Defense Class designed to help women feel stronger, safer, and more confident in everyday life. 🥋✨

This class will focus on practical techniques and awareness that can help women protect themselves and gain confidence in challenging situations.

In this class you will learn:
