Had the best time with this crew- they are the best! We are continually challenged and encouraged by their walk! Saying goodbye never gets easier though😭
Our bodies are designed to move. Our world has become more sedentary. That combination will eventually lead to pain and early aging. Did you know that you can start to reverse your aging by simply moving more💃?
What you do during your day is as important as your “workout”. The awesome part is that every movement counts! So stand up, walk outside and take a big stretch in the middle of your computer time. Your mind and body will say thank you!🚶💪👏
