I hit a wall at a Spartan race that I couldnāt get over. The sandbag I managed. But the wall broke me.
When I looked at photos later, it hit me ā the belly, the lack of conditioning. I wasnāt in any shape to be doing that race. Comfortable, but not proud.
So I made a choice. No more excuses. Just consistent work. And in 90 days, the proof is here: ā 16 lbs gone. Not perfect. Not easy. But real.
