The less disruptive your health and fitness plan is to your normal routine, the easier it will be to follow and the more likely youโll stick with it.
Letโs use tacos as an example ๐ฎ
๐๐ป Use 0% fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
๐๐ป Use a low carb tortilla
๐๐ป Use reduced or non-fat cheese
๐๐ป Use the leanest beef you can find, or try turkey
๐๐ป Knock yourself out with the salsa and veggies
These changes alone could save you 500 calories or more, all without having to skip taco Tuesday! ๐

All diets that work, work for the same reasons.
๐๐ป Get calories low enough to result in *weight* loss, but not so low that your body fights back.
๐๐ป Keep protein intake high enough and lift weights so that the *weight* you lose comes from fat and not muscle.
๐๐ป Do this day after day after day for a long time.
The style of dieting you use (high carb, low carb, paleo, intermittent fasting, etc) is not a detail worth getting wrapped up in for most people.

Choose an approach that you feel will be sustainable for you.

Hit protein and calorie goals.
โ
Donโt quit.
Not easy, but simple.

Weโre proud to introduce our new head coach!
Kadi spent her life deeply involved in sports, however an unfortunate shoulder injury forced an abrupt end to her softball career.
During this challenging time, she discovered the power and benefits of training outside of sports alone. Not only did it aid in her physical recovery, but it also became a source of solace and strength during some very dark days.
She knew then that she wanted to help others experience the positive impact that training could have on their lives, so she made the leap and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She wanted to be able to guide anyone, regardless of skill level or background, toward the best version of themselves.
She strives to provide a straightforward and convenient approach to training - to make it accessible and enjoyable for people from all walks of life.
