I could write a book.... This genious of the day thought he would claim that he opened a brand new bottle of Thyroid Energy from NOW Foods and find a "dead fly", that apparently is standing upright on the very top pill....

2nd, decided to use AI to switch the date, which is really 03/2029 to 03/2022.

Most wouldn't believe the amount of fraud or attempted fraud there is in this world, but here we are experiencing newer types from the lowest types of people in society.

Support small businesses, as they are the ones that keep this world turning. Thinking all businesses are just a bouncing house full of money is completely naive and each person that does attempt fraud against GTP, will have forms of repercussions levied against them, including Odalis Monarrez of Las Vegas, NV.

The scale doesn't tell the whole story. 📊

We just added a state-of-the-art body composition scanner to GoldenTrainer Performance — giving you real data on fat, muscle, and more in just 20 seconds. No more guessing if that number on the scale means you're actually making progress.

✅ Segmental fat & muscle breakdown
✅ Metabolic rate
✅ Visceral fat rating
✅ Metabolic age

Now available for clients. Book your scan today — link in bio or call 319-721-4922. 💪

🎯 NEW at GoldenTrainer Performance!

We just added a professional-grade body composition analyzer to our Cedar Rapids studio — and it's a game-changer for anyone serious about tracking real progress.

✅ Body fat % and muscle mass
✅ Muscle balance left vs. right, upper vs. lower
✅ Hydration levels
✅ Visceral fat rating
✅ Metabolic age
✅ And more — all on a printed report you take home

Whether you're a current client or just curious where you stand, this goes way beyond what a regular scale can tell you.

Most gyms won't let a 12-year-old past the front desk. 🚫

At GoldenTrainer Performance, youth & middle school athletes train in a private, 1-on-1 environment built specifically for them — not squeezed into an adult gym floor.

As a CSCS-certified strength coach with 20+ years of experience, my #1 priority with young athletes is building proper movement mechanics FIRST — before load, before intensity. That means:
✅ Core stability foundations
✅ Age-appropriate progressive resistance
✅ Correcting form issues before they become injuries

If your student-athlete wants to get stronger and stay healthy for their sport, let's talk. 🔗 Link in bio to book a consultation, or call 319-721-4922.

Winning the day doesn't start with a perfect workout or a flawless meal plan.

Sometimes it starts with something as small as deep breaths and a stretch.

Small wins, stacked one on top of another, are what turn into winning days. That's what "No Zero Days" really means — not doing everything right, just doing something.

What's your small win today? 💪
