Did you know that if you can’t make one of the scheduled Salt Cave Nidra dates Rejuvenation, you can request a private experience? Gather your closest friends and family, send me several dates/times that might work (one hour for the experience), and we’ll go from there. Minimum 5 people to run a provate event - maximum 8 people. Weekdays and weekends are open based on salt cave availability. The cost is the same as a standard experience - $35/pp plus 4% processing fee. Email [email protected] to discuss options.

Bend & Brunch Ridge Distillery this Sunday (9/20). Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga starts at 8:00 followed by an all-you-can-eat brunch at 9:00. There’s still room for this Saturdays’s (9/19) Sound-infused Nidra Studio on Third. This practice has no movement so it’s great for beginners and folks who are in desperate need of a quiet reset. One hour of Nidra is the equivalent of four hours of deep sleep plus, you get the healing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls. All props are provided, though if you want to bring your own blanket, you can.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. The event begins at 11:30a. Sign up for your spot using the link in the comments - pay on-site (all methods welcome). $20 exact cash or $21 Venmo/CC. Event registration closes Friday (9/18) at 6:00p.
