Pre and postnatal mamas find some relief from sitting at a desk, heavy breasts, feeding and carrying with this simple pose.
❄️ Stand facing the wall about 6 inches away and extend your right arm out.
❄️Rotate your toes and torso to the left and lean into the wall with your right shoulder against the wall
❄️ Soften the ribs in & down and draw the shoulder blades down against your back
❄️ Maintain length in your side bodies and lift your chin slightly
❄️ Breathe 6-8 rounds
❄️ Come out of the pose, stand facing the wall, notice the difference before repeating on the other side

Love your pelvic floor, talk about it, look at it, listen to it, develop a relationship with it - Leslie Howard
A healthy pelvic floor should be able to contract when it needs to and release when it needs to. This helps to position baby just before they are born.
A vaginal or a cesarean birth can cause a weak pelvic floor.
Join me in a Belly Flow or a Baby & Me class to learn more about how to restore and achieve a pelvic floor with flexible strength 🤰👶🏼 it’s never too late !!!

Pre-natal, post-natal, all humans you have to try this to stretch all the side body tissues and muscles.
🍌 lie down on your back, legs straight arms overhead
🍌 keep you buttocks anchored to the floor, move both of your legs to the right. Cross your ankles to keep your left foot in place
🍌 keeping the buttocks anchored bring your arms over to the right allowing your spine to gently bend to the side.
🍌 hold for 6 rounds of breath, come back to neutral for a few breaths and repeat the other side
🍌 if you need more intensity rather than moving both legs to the right, come into the pose by lifting the right leg up and stepping it wider to the side, then cross over the left ankle.
The great Sara Abels reminded me of this ‘juicy’ pose x

Make the most of coffee brewing time - half downward facing dog. Place your hands shoulder width apart on the edge of a counter. Walk your feet back as you hinge at your hips until your spine is fully extended and your feet are directly under your hips. Gaze at the floor, keeping your neck an extension of the spine. Stay for several rounds of breath. Suitable for pre and postnatal mamas. Enjoy the juicy ness of this pose 👶🏼🤰
