Last night was about so much more than movement. It was about showing up with intention, sharing an experience together, and being surrounded by a community that continues to lift each other up.

From stretching and sound healing to reflection and connection, we’re so grateful for everyone who came together and made this night what it was.

REALFIT IS GROWING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS & FITNESS INSTRUCTORS. 💪

REALFIT has been renewed, reimagined, and reinvested in — with enhanced equipment, expanded training spaces, new fitness programming, and a growing community of members ready to take their results to the next level.

And right now, we have MANY members actively looking for personal training.

We’re looking for motivated, energetic Certified Personal Trainers & Fitness Instructors who want the opportunity to step into an established fitness community and work with clients through both one-on-one and small-group training.

With 12,000+ sq. ft. and six distinct training zones, REALFIT gives you the environment and tools to build creative, effective programs — from functional and performance training to cardio, circuit training, heavy plate-loaded strength, Pilates, sculpt, and heated fitness.

This isn’t about standing around waiting for clients to walk through the door. We already have the members. We’re looking for the right trainers to help them reach their goals.

Candidates must hold a current, recognized personal training certification and be qualified to provide personal training services in Wisconsin.
