NFA UPDATE — WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Like many of you, we’re watching closely to see what happens over the next several hours.

Pictured is some of the guidance we’re receiving from professionals within the 2A industry. While there is a lot of excitement and speculation right now, the reality for FFLs is that what happens next will depend on the official guidance and procedures provided by the ATF.

What to expect:

NEXT 3–7 HOURS:
We’ll continue monitoring developments and waiting for official information. There may be a lot of posts, screenshots, rumors, and interpretations circulating online tonight. We don’t want to tell our customers something is ready to go until we know exactly what the actual process will be.

TOMORROW:
Once we have clear guidance, we’ll determine what changes—if any—we can immediately make to NFA transactions and what procedures we are required to follow.

NEXT FEW DAYS:
There may be a transition period while systems, forms, processes, and FFL procedures catch up with whatever becomes official. We’ll move as quickly as we legally and responsibly can.

FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:
Please be patient with us. We are just as excited as you are, and we know everyone wants to know, “Can I do it yet?”

As an FFL, however, we have to operate based on the law and official ATF guidance—not social-media speculation.

As soon as we have verified information and know exactly how we can proceed, we will post an update.
