I would like to recognize these 3 amazing fitness fanatics. Jaime, Lucia & Steve have been taking classes with me since ‘16. Barre and cycle. Hey friends! As you know, my passion is fitness and helping people become better than they were yesterday. The studio that I get to help people accomplish their fitness goals is at Spenga Littleton. I am fortunate to get to work with so many amazing clients.
But I want more of my friends and network to get to experience what we do at the studio on a daily and weekly basis! But what is it that happens at Spenga?
As a member, you show up and we program your workout by combining spin, strength training and yoga all in one hour!

There is no diet that will do what healthy does. Skip the FAD diets and just eat healthy. You don't get in shape over night with FAD diets. Contact me here for personal training packages.
