Tour of .baseball with our 13u and 14u NXG groups this morning.
Mesa was the #1 team in the nation for D2 baseball for a majority of their season. With a record of, 53-7 on the regular season, playing multiple D1 programs along the way CMU is a perennial powerhouse in D2, for good reason. 🔥
Assistant Coach was generous enough to take our groups through a really awesome tour.

Is your athlete getting lost in the crowd?
Here's something most parents don't think to ask when evaluating a youth baseball program:
What's the player-to-coach ratio?
In most programs in our region, that number is somewhere around 12:1 — twelve players for every one coach.
At that ratio, reps are scarce, mechanics drift, and kids disengage before they ever reach their ceiling.
At NextGen Athletics, we run a 4:1 ratio — the best in the region.
That means every athlete gets consistent eyes on their mechanics, meaningful repetitions every single practice, and a coach who genuinely knows them as a player and as a person.
Our coaching staff brings real experience and a genuine commitment to long-term development. We're not here for the short game. We're here to develop baseball players — and better people.
