This spring, I’m beyond thrilled to share that the **original creators of the Bungee Workout from Thailand @bungeeworkout_hq — the very team who trained me years ago — will be coming to my studio to host the first official Bungee Workout™ Teacher Training in the USA since Covid🇺🇸✨
