Colorado was gifted a rare and majestical show this week — the Northern Lights dancing across our sky — and I couldn’t let the week end without honoring it.

I may spend my days in the studio now, but you can’t take the scientist out of me. With a master’s degree in atmospheric physics, moments like this pull me right back to the wonder of it all. What we witnessed wasn’t just light… it was a cosmic conversation between the Sun and the Earth, painted in brilliant color.

The eloquence of that exchange made me think: if only we, as humans, could speak to one another with that same grace and harmony, what a beautiful universe we’d create together.
