We’ve fallen so in love with her. She is our world and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
Keep it simple and you’ll be successful!
• get at least 7 hours of quality sleep
• drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water
• eat mostly home cooked meals
• lift weights 3 times a week
• walk for 20 minutes daily (outside if possible)
