Behind the RecPlex is a 25 acre wooded park, home to the popular Woodland Lights holiday festival, with two playgrounds, three ponds, sports fields, a covered shelter and three miles of accessible paved walking paths. We offer recreation programs including American Red Cross swim lessons, lifeguard training, preschool classes, theatre programs, sports leagues and classes, adapted leagues, fitness classes, after school care, summer camp and spring break/winter break camp.

ALL are invited to the park to see the magical glow, enjoy food trucks from Claybourne GRILLE, Frios Gourmet Pops and Dunks and Donuts from 7-9p.

The weather looks perfect and we are excited for all to experience our 5th annual Lantern Fest.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE IS BACK!
Grades 7–12

One of our most popular leagues is back! Players will practice once a week, with games on Saturdays. All teams are coached by parents/volunteers, and athletes will be placed based on the number of players and available coaches.

Season Dates: September 12 –November 21st
Practice Days/Times: Varies (coach will contact families)
Location: RecPlex Campus

Boys Volleyball is Here!

Looking for a sport that builds teamwork, agility, and confidence? Volleyball is the perfect choice! It’s fast-paced, fun, and a great way to develop coordination and athletic skills that carry over to every sport.

Program Details:

Ages 9–11: Mondays, 3:45–4:30p
Ages 12–18: Mondays, 4:45–5:30p

Welcome Noah to Rec'ing Crew!

He's joining the team as the Youth Enrichment Progam Supervisor for Rec'ing Crew/Camps. Throughout the school year Noah is a paraprofessional at Centerville City Schools or casually flying airplanes overhead (did we mention he's also a flight instructor?!)
