It's back-to-school season, and as adults, lifelong learning opportunities are everywhere. Come experience a healthy mind/body learning opportunity in REV+FLOW fitness classes.

Tomorrow morning, September 3, I will lead a new round of REV+FLOW classes from 10-11am in the dance studio at the Washington Township RecPlex West. How fun! A Minnesota REFIT® instructor got to attend a Broadway performance of Chicago and also met cast member and DWTS pro Mark Ballas, who is the first cousin to Catherine Ballas, one of REFIT®’s founders.
