Two of our absolute favorites crushed it at HYROX Washington DC. Stephanie and Molly finished 6th out of 65 in their age group with a finish time of 1:23:06.

These two are some of the most competitive people in this gym, so major credit to them for pushing each other to a strong finish instead of, well... you know. 😂

But what makes Stephanie and Molly special isn't just the results. They're two of the most coachable athletes we have. Always chasing form corrections. Always asking to be pushed harder. Even when a workout wrecks the whole class and everyone's on the floor, these two are asking if we can go again.

That's exactly the energy that made our HYROX group a force. Stephanie and Molly were huge parts of the HYROX community here, showing up, pushing others, and helping this crew get real results together.

Congratulations to both of you. So proud to have you repping Vitality Fitness.

25 years later, we remember.

Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders and heroes who answered the call, and the families and communities forever changed by that day.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, unity, and strength shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

CHARITY RELAY, October 17th

We're kicking off a fundraiser for the Virginia Autism Project, a cause close to home for our Vitality family, and personal for someone who means a lot to us.

Here's how it works:

Modified HYROX-style relay, full station / half run
Co-ed teams of 4 (2F/2M)
$20 per person ($80/team), 100% goes to Virginia Autism Project
Goal: $1,000 raised that day

Grab 3 teammates and sign up now. Spots are limited, and every team gets us closer to the goal.

Huge congrats to Kathy and Min, our Vitality Fitness members who took 1st place in their age group in the doubles division at HYROX Washington DC! 💪

HYROX DC this weekend and I am still not over it. (Who is?)

Almost 30 Vitality athletes on that floor. Watching everyone represent the VF logo, push through when it got hard, and finish what they started... that's the whole reason we do this.

So many PRs. Months of early mornings and hard training showing up exactly when it mattered.

This is this team and community. Genuinely proud of every single one of you.
