Following our first interview, we are deeply honored to share our 2nd story featured in VoyageVirginia Magazine! When I first opened Kim Min Kyung Taekwondo Academy, I chose to put my full name on the door. In a whole new country, that name became my personal promise—to work hard, to stand for quality, and to never give up on my students.
Through COVID, ACL surgery, and every challenge along the way, I showed up every single day. Because this academy isn't just a business to me. It’s my name, my life’s work, and my promise to our community.
